Glass dressing may speed healing of diabetic foot ulcers

Summary
This study tested whether a special glass wound dressing helps heal diabetic foot ulcers faster than standard care alone. About 148 adults with diabetes and a foot ulcer took part. The main goal was to see if more wounds closed completely with the glass dressing.
