Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new booster vaccine called Boost-2867 in 140 healthy adults who have already been vaccinated against COVID-19. The vaccine is given either as a shot into the muscle (with or without an adjuvant) or as a nasal spray. The main goals are to check safety and see how well the body's immune system responds.
