Researchers track bone changes in myeloma patients
NCT ID NCT04111809
Summary
This study aimed to understand how specific markers of bone health change over time in older patients with multiple myeloma who are receiving standard intravenous bisphosphonate treatment. Researchers planned to measure these markers in blood and urine for up to a year to see how they relate to treatment doses and bone health. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 3 participants.
