Summary
This study compares two methods of collecting bone marrow for bone grafts: one from the hip and one from the shin using the Avitus device. Researchers want to see if the Avitus method produces cells and bone growth factors similar to the standard hip method. The study involves 12 adults having foot or ankle surgery that needs a bone graft.
