Summary
This study looks at whether body composition (like total body fat and BMI) changes how the chemotherapy drug docetaxel behaves in the body. Researchers will compare drug levels in 48 women with early breast cancer who are obese, overweight, or lean. The goal is to learn if dosing should be personalized based on body fat, not just weight.
