Summary

This study tests a new drug called BLU-924 in people with advanced pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancer that has a specific KRAS gene change. The drug aims to block the cancer's growth signals. The trial will check safety, the right dose, and whether the drug shrinks tumors, alone or with other treatments. About 265 adults with these cancers can join.
