Summary
This study compares a new blood test that looks for TB DNA in the blood against the standard method of using a scope to collect lung fluid. Researchers will enroll 600 adults who need a bronchoscopy to check for TB. If the blood test works as well, patients could get a faster, safer diagnosis without an invasive procedure.
