Summary
This study is testing a new approach to prevent cancer from returning after surgery to remove colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. Researchers will use a blood test that looks for tiny traces of cancer DNA to decide which patients need chemotherapy after their operation. The goal is to give strong treatment only to those at high risk of recurrence, while potentially sparing others from unnecessary side effects.
