Summary
This study is testing whether a simple blood test can help doctors decide which patients need chemotherapy after surgery to remove colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The test looks for tiny pieces of cancer DNA in the blood. Patients with no cancer DNA might get less or no chemo, while those with cancer DNA would get standard treatment, aiming to prevent the cancer from coming back.
