First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at 258 adults having non-cardiac surgery to see if checking blood pressure every minute with a standard cuff works as well as using a continuous artery line to prevent low blood pressure during anesthesia start. The goal was to find out if the simpler method is good enough. Results will help guide monitoring choices.
