Summary
This study is testing if adding a specific type of water pill (a thiazide diuretic) helps lower high blood pressure in people who use peritoneal dialysis for kidney failure. It involves 40 participants who will take the pill for 90 days, then stop for a period, to compare the effects. The goal is to see if this common medication is a safe and effective option for better blood pressure control in this specific patient group.
