Could tighter blood pressure control boost stroke recovery?

NCT ID NCT07350564

Summary

This study is testing whether keeping blood pressure very low after a successful stroke clot removal surgery leads to better recovery. It will compare a strict blood pressure target to the standard approach in 910 patients who have just had the surgery. Researchers will check if patients in the stricter group have better function and fewer complications three months later.
