Could tighter blood pressure control save more stroke patients?
NCT ID NCT07350564
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage blood pressure after a successful stroke clot removal surgery. Researchers will compare a stricter blood pressure target (under 120) to the standard approach (140-180) in 910 patients who have had this procedure. The goal is to see if the stricter control leads to better recovery and fewer complications like brain bleeding over three months.
