First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study looks at how binge drinking in mid-life (ages 50-64) affects blood pressure, small blood vessels, and nerve activity. It compares binge drinkers to non-drinkers and moderate drinkers. In a second phase, binge drinkers will try 8 weeks of aerobic exercise to see if it improves their blood pressure and vessel health.
