Summary

This study looks at whether improving cholesterol levels can help prevent strokes in people with moderate to severe narrowing of brain arteries. Researchers will follow 180 adults who have not had artery-opening procedures. The goal is to see if better lipid management lowers the chance of another stroke and improves artery health.
