NCT ID NCT05821322
First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at what blood sugar level people with type 1 diabetes should aim for before moderate exercise to prevent dangerous drops. Six adults using do-it-yourself automated insulin delivery systems tested three different blood sugar targets before cycling. The goal was to find which target kept blood sugar most stable during and after exercise. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
