NCT ID NCT05821322
First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looked at what blood sugar level people with type 1 diabetes should aim for before moderate exercise when using a do-it-yourself automated insulin delivery system. Six adults each tried three different blood sugar targets before cycling. The goal was to find which target kept blood sugar most stable during exercise. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
