First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether wearing pressurized cuffs on the legs during soccer practice can help players maintain passing and dribbling accuracy when they are fatigued. Forty young male soccer players were split into two groups: one wore cuffs with pressure, the other wore cuffs with no pressure. Both groups trained for 6 weeks, and their skills were tested before and after a tiring exercise routine to see which method worked better.
