First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding blood flow restriction (BFR) to rope training can help male volleyball players get stronger and perform better. Over 8 weeks, 20 athletes will do their usual training plus rope exercises either with or without BFR. Researchers will measure muscle size, strength, power, and endurance to see if BFR makes a difference.
