Inclusion Criteria: 1. Adults 18 years or older 2. Platelet counts of 30,000/mcl or less Exclusion Criteria: 1. Chemotherapy within the last 24 hours from the planned blood sample draw for research purposes. 2. Use of anticoagulant agents in the last 48 hours. 3.
