Summary

This study tests if a structured blinking exercise can reduce dry eye symptoms in adults with glaucoma who use daily eye drops. Forty-five participants will practice a specific blink routine three times a day for two weeks. Researchers will measure symptom relief and tear film stability at the start, after two weeks, and at a follow-up visit.
