Summary
This study tested a bladder training method called ICCAUT in 400 adults who had rectal cancer surgery. The training involves clamping the urinary tube and practicing urination before removing the tube. The goal was to see if this reduces the need for a new catheter or incomplete bladder emptying after surgery.
