First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab) plus radiation therapy for people with muscle invasive bladder cancer. The goal is to kill the cancer while allowing patients to keep their bladder, avoiding the standard surgery to remove it. About 47 adults will participate to find the best dose and see how well the treatment works.
