NCT ID NCT05224544
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at how a new prototype catheter with micro-holes affects the bladder lining compared to a standard catheter. 43 healthy women were randomly assigned to use one of the two catheters. Researchers checked for any changes or damage to the bladder lining right after catheter use. The goal was to gather information, not to treat any disease.
