NCT ID NCT04630730

First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This trial tests whether giving a special BCG treatment directly into the bladder, followed by chemotherapy and immunotherapy, can make muscle-invasive bladder cancer disappear before surgery. The goal is to increase the chance of a complete response, so patients might avoid having their bladder removed. About 46 adults with this type of bladder cancer are taking part.
