First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This trial tests whether adding a special BCG bladder treatment to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can make muscle-invasive bladder cancer disappear before surgery. About 46 adults with bladder cancer that has spread into the muscle layer will receive this combination. The goal is to increase the chance of a complete response, potentially allowing some patients to avoid bladder removal.
