Summary
This study is testing a non-surgical treatment approach for muscle-invasive bladder cancer that aims to preserve the patient's bladder. It combines chemotherapy, an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab), and radiation therapy. The main goals are to see if this combination is effective at controlling the cancer and safe for patients, offering an alternative to major bladder removal surgery.
