First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (sacituzumab govitecan, zimberelimab, and domvanalimab) can completely eliminate bladder cancer before and after bladder removal surgery. It includes 70 adults with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot take standard cisplatin chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if no cancer remains in the removed bladder and lymph nodes after treatment.
