Summary
This study tests a new drug called BL-M07D1, alone or with other medications, as a first treatment for people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and how safe it is. About 83 adults aged 18 to 75 are taking part.
