This study tests a new drug called BL-M07D1, alone or combined with other medicines, as a first treatment for people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if these treatments shrink tumors and how safe they are. About 83 adults aged 18 to 75 are taking part.
