Summary
This study tested whether a new biosimilar drug (MB04) behaves like the approved drug Enbrel® in the body. 141 healthy male volunteers received a single dose of either MB04 or Enbrel® (from Europe or the US). Researchers measured drug levels in the blood and checked for side effects. The goal was to show similarity, not to treat any disease.
