First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study is creating a large registry of 800 people receiving biologic medications for immune conditions like autoimmune diseases and primary immune deficiencies. Researchers will collect blood samples and health data to better understand how these treatments work and who responds best. The goal is to improve future treatment decisions, not to test a new drug.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
What this could lead to
If successful, this registry could help doctors better predict how patients will respond to biologic treatments, leading to more personalized care.
What could go wrong
This is an observational registry, not a treatment trial. It collects data only and does not test any new drug or therapy, so direct patient benefits are not guaranteed.
Conditions
The condition(s) this trial relates to.
