Summary
This study checks if a new version of the antifungal drug liposomal amphotericin B works the same as the approved drug AmBisome. It involves 42 healthy Chinese adults who receive a single dose of each drug in a random order. The goal is to see if the new version is absorbed and processed by the body similarly, not to treat any disease.
