Summary
This study tested whether a supplement called Bioarginine, taken twice daily for 6 weeks, could improve breathing and daily life in people with COPD. 153 adults with moderate COPD and a history of smoking participated. The goal was to see if Bioarginine, when added to their regular inhaled medications, could reduce shortness of breath and help them be more active.
