Summary
This study collects bile and bile duct cells from people with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) and healthy volunteers. Researchers will grow these cells into mini-organs called organoids to better understand how PSC progresses and how bile duct cancer develops. The goal is to gather information, not to test a treatment.
