Summary
This study compares a new method using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to guide fluid therapy versus standard fluid management in 80 ICU patients after major surgery. The goal is to see if BIA-guided care reduces deaths within 28 days by preventing fluid imbalances. Participants must have had major surgery and be admitted to the ICU.
