Summary
This study looked at how different levels of kidney function affect the amount of a new medicine (BI 456906) in the blood. The medicine is being developed for obesity and liver problems. 42 adults with or without kidney problems received a single injection. Researchers compared blood levels across groups to see if kidney impairment changes how the drug behaves.
