First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looked at how healthy men absorb, break down, and eliminate a new drug called BI 1839100. It had two parts: one measured how much of the drug and its radioactive tracer was recovered in urine and stool after an oral dose, and the other compared the drug's availability when given by mouth versus through a vein. The trial was stopped early and involved only 8 participants.
