NCT ID NCT06572111
First seen Oct 31, 2025
Summary
This early-stage study looked at how healthy men absorb, break down, and eliminate the experimental drug BI 1839100. The trial had two parts: one measured how much of the drug and its radioactive tracer was recovered in urine and stool after an oral dose, and the other compared drug levels in the blood after oral versus IV dosing. The study was terminated early and involved only 8 participants.
