Summary
This study tests a new drug called BHB810 in adults with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The drug is given as an IV infusion every two weeks. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 164 people will take part across multiple hospitals.
