First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests a triple-combination inhaler (BGF MDI) in 56 adults with COPD and hyperinflation (trapped air in the lungs). The goal is to see if the inhaler improves both lung function and heart function compared to a placebo. Participants will use the inhaler or placebo for a set period, then switch, and their heart and lung function will be measured with MRI and breathing tests.
