Summary

This study tests a triple-combination inhaler (Budesonide/Glycopyrronium/Formoterol) against a placebo in 56 adults with COPD and hyperinflation (overinflated lungs). The goal is to see if the inhaler improves both heart and lung function. Participants will be current or former smokers with moderate-to-severe COPD.
