First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at how an inhaled drug called BGF 160 changes the way people with stable COPD breathe. Researchers want to understand the drug's mechanism by measuring breathing complexity and variability. About 35 adults aged 40-75 with moderate-to-severe COPD will participate. The goal is to learn more about the drug's effects, not to treat or cure the disease.
