Summary

This study tested whether adding a nutrition program (BfedBwell) to an existing exercise program (BfitBwell) is practical and well-liked by cancer survivors who are overweight or obese. Twenty adults who finished cancer treatment within the last five years took part. The main goal was to see if people would join, stick with it, and find the program acceptable.
