New study: diet and exercise may boost sleep and cut stress in cancer survivors

Summary
This study is testing a 24-week program that combines nutrition counseling, exercise, sleep tips, and stress management for cancer survivors who are overweight. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving sleep quality, reducing stress, and boosting immune health. About 25 adults who finished cancer treatment within the last 10 years will participate.
