Summary

This study will observe about 109 women in Gulf countries who have a specific type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-low or ultra-low) and are taking the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) after hormone therapy stopped working. Researchers will track how long the cancer stays controlled and what side effects occur in everyday medical practice, not in a controlled lab setting. The goal is to gather real-world data to help doctors make better treatment decisions and improve care for patients in the region.
