This study looked at 1,000 people who had a heart attack to understand why some had no common risk factors like smoking, high blood pressure, or diabetes. Researchers compared those with and without these risk factors to find new clues in blood tests, imaging, and medical history. The goal is to better predict heart attacks in people who seem healthy.
