Summary
This study looks at whether bed rest helps prevent early birth in pregnant women with a short cervix. Researchers will compare women who are told to rest with those who are not, to see if avoiding bed rest is just as safe. The goal is to find out if current advice to rest might be unnecessary and could even cause harm like depression or bone loss.
