Summary
This study looks at whether using a mobile wellness app together with a wearable fitness tracker helps people with obesity lose more weight than using the app alone. About 300 adults with a BMI of 25 or higher will be split into three groups: app plus tracker, app only, or standard health info. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure weight change, physical activity, and mental well-being.
