Summary
This study aims to understand why many people feel extremely tired after a stroke, a condition called post-stroke fatigue. Researchers will monitor 250 stroke patients' heart rate, blood pressure, and heart function to see if problems with the body's automatic nervous system are linked to fatigue. The goal is to find clues that could lead to better treatments in the future.
